My Story

Having struggled with emotional eating and being a serial yo-yo dieter myself for over 20 years, this led to weight gain, which spiralled out of control. Inevitably, I developed a natural empathy and understanding of what clients are experiencing. Miraculously I managed to lose the excess weight 2.5 stone (35lbs) with complete ease, I got rid of the ‘diet’ mindset and adopted a healthy, sustainable lifestyle, this was the result of healing sub-conscious blocks that had repeatedly sabotaged my weight loss efforts previously.

It is now my passion to support you to achieve your own weight loss goals. My first-hand experience has given me an understanding of how you feel and the emotions you go through during the process and allows me to convey genuine enthusiasm in supporting you, to get first class results.

Weight loss programme can be in one to one sessions or via online video call.
Rosalind works with clients in the UK, America, Canada and Europe.

Payments are made every 2 weeks from your first payment for a total of 6 weeks. Your first instalment is paid straight away and Rosalind will contact you herself to begin the Programme.
